Burn and Endurance (3 day)
These Fun and challenging 45–60-minute workouts are to build lean muscle, functional strength, endurance and burn fat. Workouts combine strength training with dumbbells, kettlebells and body weight exercises and cardio using battle ropes, slam balls and other equipment. Classes are with a small group and led by an experienced/certified coach who will teach you the right lifting form and modify the intensity of exercises for any restrictions or fitness levels. Requires automatic payment. Can cancel anytime with prior notice.
