1. Membership Fees
All fees and schedules are subject to change without notice. There are no refunds for membership fees. The member's credit card will be charged according to the membership option.

All membership packages rates are per calendar month, billed on the start date, and paid monthly.
2. Three-Day Right of Rescission
New members have three days after signing this Agreement to cancel their membership without penalty. If the Agreement is cancelled within three days, Wolverine Strength and Conditioning will return all amounts paid (in the same manner paid) within 30 days after cancellation. If original payment was by credit card, the amount paid will be credited to the card used for the original transaction. To cancel, new members must call, email, or come into Wolverine Strength and Conditioning and inform Wolverine Strength and Conditioning of their wishes to cancel.
3. Hold Policy
Members may put their membership on Hold, for a period of two (2) weeks. Notice of Holdmust be given to Wolverine Strength and Conditioning over the telephone, by email, or in person any time during business hours prior to the first day of the time to be held. Members will not be billed for membership during held days. Billing will resume automatically upon end of hold. The current membership agreement will be extended by the number of days held.
4. Late Payment / Declined Credit Card Fees
A late payment/declined credit card fee of $10 will be charged on any payment past due. Membership fees must be paid on or before the start date of the membership.
5. Cancellation of Membership by Member
A member may cancel his/her membership at any time with 5-days notice. Memebrship will be canceled on the day requested. If the member notifies Wolverine Strength and Conditioning of the cancellation AFTER the membership billing date, no refunds or credit will be given. Members may cancel memberships by notifying Wolverine Strength and Conditioning of their wish to cancel over the phone or in person, any time during business hours prior to the billing date of the membership to be cancelled. There are no refunds for membership fees, and Wolverine Strength and Conditioning will not prorate a cancelled membership.
6. Attire
Appropriate footwear is highly recommended and required to train as a member of Wolverine Strength and Conditioning. Any barefoot lifting or running must be approved by the coach of the particular class and the management, and will be evaluated on a strict case by case basis. Wolverine Strength and Conditioning is not liable for any harm or injury due to deviations in the recommended standards of footwear.
7. Lost Articles
Wolverine Strength and Conditioning assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen articles. Lost and found articles not claimed will be donated to charity.
8. Smoking, Food and Drink.
No smoking is allowed in any part of the facility. Food or drink may be taken into workout areas if it is in a non-breakable, enclosed container.
9. Children
Members must be 16 years of age or older unless supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Guest/Visitors under the age of 16 must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
10. Conduct
Wolverine Strength and Conditioning is committed to the health, safety, welfare of each of its members and staff and will not tolerate unreasonable, threatening, obscene, harassing, indecent, or illegal behavior. Wolverine Strength and Conditioning has the right to judge behavior and respond accordingly. This right includes, but is not limited to, termination of membership of any member engaging in unacceptable behavior.
11. Damages
Members shall pay for any damages to Wolverine Strength and Conditioning property which results from the willful or negligent conduct of member, member's guest or dependent children.
12. Rules and/or Regulations
Members who do not observe Wolverine Strength and Conditioning rules and regulations or who abuse equipment in any fashion will be asked to leave. The management reserves the right to terminate membership to anyone who refuses to observe any of Wolverine Strength and Conditioning's rules or regulations. Not all rules and regulations are listed in this agreement. Wolverine Strength and Conditioning reserves the rights to add, change or remove rules, conditions of membership, opening and closing hours, and all services and facilities offered by Wolverine Strength and Conditioning
13. Use of Photo and Video
Wolverine Strength and Conditioning, its representatives and employees have the right to take photographs of Member and Member's property whilst training with Wolverine Strength and Conditioning.
Wolverine Strength and Conditioning is authorized to use and publish these photos or videos in print and/or electronically. Wolverine Strength and Conditioning may use such photographs of Member with or without Member's name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
14. Personal Training
a. Advance Scheduling Requirement.
All personal training sessions must be scheduled no fewer than twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the requested session time.
b. Cancellation and Rescheduling by Client.
Client shall provide no less than twenty-four (24) hours’ prior notice for any cancellation or request to reschedule a personal training session. Any session canceled with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice, or any failure by Client to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, shall be deemed forfeited and deducted from Client’s purchased personal training session balance. Repeated late cancellations, rescheduling requests, or missed sessions may, in the sole discretion of Wolverine Strength and Conditioning, result in suspension or termination of Client’s privilege to schedule future personal training sessions.
c. Expiration of Sessions.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Wolverine Strength and Conditioning, all purchased personal training sessions shall expire three (3) months from the date of purchase. Client acknowledges and agrees that Client bears sole responsibility for scheduling and completing all purchased sessions prior to the applicable expiration date. Any sessions remaining unused after the expiration date shall automatically expire and be forfeited without refund or credit.
d. Cancellation by Wolverine Strength and Conditioning.
If Wolverine Strength and Conditioning cancels a scheduled personal training session, such session shall not be forfeited by Client and shall either (i) be rescheduled at a mutually agreeable time, or (ii) be credited back to Client’s personal training session balance.

15. Miscellaneous
a. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties, and supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between them concerning the subject matter of this Agreement. The provisions of this may be waived, altered, amended or repealed, in whole or in part, only upon prior written consent of all parties. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of MI without regard to the principles of conflict of laws thereof and treated as a contract entirely made and execute within MI

Member has read, and fully agrees to the term of this Agreement and understands and agrees that by signing this Agreement (which contains a waiver, release and assumption of risks) Member has given up considerable future legal rights. Member has signed this Agreement freely, voluntarily, under no duress or threat of duress, without inducement, promise or guarantee being communicated to him/her. Member certifies and warrants that he/she is 18 years of age or older and mentally competent to enter into this Agreement.
