Membership Fees

All fees and schedules are subject to change without notice.
Membership prices may increase on a yearly basis according to the new calendar year. 

All membership packages rates are per calendar fortnight and paid fortnightly.

There are no refunds for membership fees.

The member’s credit card or bank account will be charged the processing fee.

Suspension Policy

All members may put their memberships on hold once only during a calendar year (Jan 1- Dec 31).

The minimum length of time to freeze a membership is 2 weeks. The maximum length of time to freeze a membership is 4 weeks.

A request to put a membership on hold must be given to Bread & Butter Athletic via email at least 7 days prior to the first day of the fortnight payment cycle to be suspended. 

Cancellation of Membership

There are no refunds for membership fees. Bread & Butter Athletic will not pro-rata a cancelled membership.
A member may cancel their membership at any time during their membership term. However, 14 days notice is required for all membership cancellations and will begin from the receiving of the email cancellation request. 
All membership fees scheduled within the 14 day notice period will process as normal.
Any member who suffers a physical disability that will prevent him or her from using the facility for more than 3 months will not be held to the 14 day notice period as long as the cancellation email is accompanied by a doctor’s certificate documenting the injury and prognosis.
