Membership Cancellation Policy Member understands and agrees that all membership cancellations must be submitted in person at the facility with a minimum of thirty (30) days’ written notice prior to the desired cancellation date. No refunds, credits, or proration of membership fees will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling conflicts, or personal matters. Absolutely no exceptions. By signing this agreement, the Member acknowledges and accepts the terms of this cancellation policy in full.
