Membership: PM Fundamentals Course
Our fundamentals course is the absolute best way to get started with CrossFit. This is a 4 week course designed to teach you the mechanics of barbell movements and basic gymnastics. This course is a group class with no more that 14 participants and an experienced coach. Each session includes a guided warm up, movement instruction and a workout. The focus is your longevity in the CrossFit program so we encourage mechanics over intensity!
