1. Membership Fees
All fees and schedules are subject to change without notice. There are no refunds for membership fees. The member's credit card will be charged according to the membership option.

2. Three-Day Right of Rescission
New members have three days after signing this Agreement to cancel their membership without penalty. If the Agreement is cancelled within three days, CrossFit Woburn will return all amounts paid (in the same manner paid) within 30 days after cancellation. If original payment was by credit card, the amount paid will be credited to the card used for the original transaction. To cancel, new members must call, email, or come into CrossFit Woburn and inform CrossFit Woburn of their wishes to cancel.
3. Freeze Policy
Members may put their membership on freeze in 2 week increments and may not exceed 6 consecutive weeks and 12 total weeks in the calendar year. Notice of freeze must be given to CrossFit Woburn through website form 5 days prior to the first day to be frozen. Members will not be billed for membership during frozen months. Billing will resume automatically upon end of freeze. The current membership agreement will be extended by the number of weeks frozen.

A member in good standing may place membership on hold only after the initial two month term of membership. Membership holds may not exceed 6 consecutive and 12 total weeks in the calendar year. The AutoPay on the membership file must be confirmed and active. Membership billing automatically resumes the month after the requested hold date unless a member calls to release the hold early. Use of the gym or its facilities during the “Hold” period will result in the membership being reactivated immediately; and member’s regular monthly membership charges will be assessed. Upon expiration of the hold period, your account will automatically reactivate and regular membership payments will resume. All membership payments are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard 30-day written cancellation notice requirement stated in your membership agreement is applicable. If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is cancelled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change). * Please note: This policy applies to ALL memberships.
Long-Term Membership Hold requests due to injury, surgery, or pregnancy must be submitted no less than (5) five business days before your forthcoming scheduled renewal date. Membership hold requests received later cannot be processed until after the forthcoming scheduled renewal payment. All membership payments are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard 30-day written cancellation notice requirement stated in your membership agreement is applicable. If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is cancelled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).
4. Cancellation of Membership by Member
A member may cancel his/her membership at any time with 30-days notice. Cancellation of membership prior to expiration of a specified commitment period requires a termination fee equivalent to the balance owed for your time with an active membership (i.e. if the difference between a 26 week agreement and month to month agreement is 15$ and the 26 agreement is terminated early, the balance for all active months is owed upon cancellation.) Members may cancel memberships by notifying CrossFit Woburn only through the website form of their wish to cancel 30 days prior. There are no refunds for membership fees, and CrossFit Woburn will not prorate a cancelled membership.

5. Conduct
CrossFit Woburn is committed to the health, safety, welfare of each of its members and staff and will not tolerate unreasonable, threatening, obscene, harassing, indecent, or illegal behavior. CrossFit Woburn has the right to judge behavior and respond accordingly. This right includes, but is not limited to, termination of membership of any member engaging in unacceptable behavior.
6. Use of Photo and Video
CrossFit Woburn, its representatives and employees have the right to take photographs of Member and Member's property whilst training with CrossFit Woburn.
CrossFit Woburn is authorized to use and publish these photos or videos in print and/or electronically. CrossFit Woburn may use such photographs of Member with or without Member's name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
7. Miscellaneous
a. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties, and supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between them concerning the subject matter of this Agreement. The provisions of this may be waived, altered, amended or repealed, in whole or in part, only upon prior written consent of all parties. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ma without regard to the principles of conflict of laws thereof and treated as a contract entirely made and execute within Ma

Member has read, and fully agrees to the term of this Agreement and understands and agrees that by signing this Agreement (which contains a waiver, release and assumption of risks) Member has given up considerable future legal rights. Member has signed this Agreement freely, voluntarily, under no duress or threat of duress, without inducement, promise or guarantee being communicated to him/her. Member certifies and warrants that he/she is 18 years of age or older and mentally competent to enter into this Agreement.
