    1 Minute Max Calories
    1 Minute Single DB Devils Press (choose our own #)
    1 Minute Wallballs
    1 Minute Box Jumps
    1 Minute Burpees
    1 Minute Plank

    Partner 1 does the 1 minute calories, while partner 2 rests. At the minute mark partner 2 does calories and partner 1 rests. At the minute mark partner 1 does the devils press, while partner 2 rests. Continue this format for all exercises and do the complete list 3 times through.
