    Partner Metcon - 30 Minute AMRAP

    A. 2500m Row (250m x 10) or 6000m Echo Bike (600m x 10)

    B. 20 Alternating Rounds of
    5 Box Jumps
    7 Kettle Bell High Pulls
    9 Pop Squats

    C. Complete do 150 Sit Ups as a team

    D. With any remaining remaining time row/bike for as many meters as possible. (switch partners as needed)
