1a. Membership Fees- Direct Debit Memberships
All fees and schedules are subject to change without notice.
Membership prices will increase on a yearly basis, according to the calendar year.
All membership package rates are per calendar fortnight and paid fortnightly.
There are no refunds for membership fees.
In the case of a lockdown, all fees and schedules will remain unchanged.
The member's credit card or bank account will be charged according to the membership option.

1b. Membership Fees- Punchcard Memberships (10 visit passes)
All membership package rates are per package and include 10 visits only.
They are paid at the start of the package term.
There are no refunds for punchcard memberships and punchcard memberships cannot be paused.
All punchcard memberships are valid for 12 weeks only from the date of purchase.
This membership will expire at 12 weeks post purchase date, or when 10 visits have been accrued.
1c. Membership Fees- Personal Training
Personal Training prices are subject to change, and will increase on a yearly basis, according to the financial year.
Personal Training sessions are available in single visits, vi direct debit, in monthly blocks or as a 10 visit pass.
Single sessions can be pre or post paid.
Monthly blocks and 10 packs are required to be paid at the start of the package term.
There are no refunds for Personal Training Fees.
A minimum of 12 hours notice is required for cancellation a scheduled Personal Training session.
If 12 hours notice is not provided, you will be charged the full fee for the session.
For pre paid Personal Training, failure to contact your trainer will result in a session loss.

3. Renewal of Membership
All memberships AUTOMATICALLY renew at the end of a membership unless CrossFit Hurstville has received a request to change, pause or cancel the current membership.
Memberships need to be renewed, or cancelled, at the end of a membership contract.
To remain on the current membership option (and price), the membership must be renewed immediately, without any lapse of time.
If a member cancels their membership, and requests to start a new membership in the future, the cost of the new membership will be subject to the new price structure.
Membership options can be changed at the time of renewal, with prices subject to the current membership price structure at the time of renewal
4. Freeze Policy
Members may put their membership on hold twice only during a calendar year (Jan 1 - Dec 31).
The minimum length of time to freeze a membership is 2 weeks. The maximum length of time to freeze a membership is 4 weeks.
A request to put a membership on hold must be given to CrossFit Hurstville by email at least 7 days prior to the first day of the fortnight to be frozen.
The request form can be located on the CrossFit Hurstville homepage.
If approved, a flat fee of $20 will be charged for the freeze period and is payable on the first day of the freeze period.
Billing will resume automatically upon the end of the freeze period.
The end of the current membership agreement will be extended by the number of fortnights frozen.
CrossFit Hurstville does reserve the right to make alternative arrangements in extenuating circumstances - this will be agreed upon at the start of a membership.
5. Membership Cancellation
There are no refunds for membership fees, and CrossFit Hurstville will not pro-rata a canceled membership.
A member may cancel their membership at any time during their membership term.
28 days notice is required for all membership cancellations and will begin from the receipt of the cancellation request form submitted online.
The request form can be located on the CrossFit Hurstville homepage.
All membership fees scheduled within the 28 day notice period will process as normal.
A cancellation fee of $200 will only be charged if the membership is cancelled within the first 3 months of the start of a new membership.
There is no cancellation fee if the membership is cancelled after the first 3 months.
Any member who suffers a physical disability that will prevent him or her from using the facility for more than three months will not be charged a cancellation fee as long as the cancellation is accompanied by a doctor's certificate documenting the injury and prognosis.
6. Late Payment / Declined Credit Card Fees
A late payment/declined credit card fee of $5 will be charged on any payment past due. This will be added to the following direct debit. Membership fees must be paid on or before the first day of the debit fortnight.
7. RSVP, Check In, and Lock Out Policy
It is compulsory to RSVP and Check In to all of your classes at CFH
The window to RSVP to your classes opens the day before the class at 9:00am, and is open right up until the start of the class.
If you need to UN-RSVP, we ask you to do it as early as possible to ensure others have the opportunity to RSVP and attend the class.
If you are found to continually book into classes and not attend the class without UN-RSVPing, CrossFit Hurstville reserves the right to lock you out of classes for one day.
This policy is subject to change during a lockdown period or time of restriction imposed from the NSW Government.
8. Child Friendly Policy
The aim of the CFH Child Friendly Policy is safety and respect:
- Safety of our children
- Respect to members of CFH
- Respect to neighbouring businesses and residents
Children should only be brought to the allocated child friendly classes which are:
- 9:30am Monday to Saturday - all children
Children can be brought to the gym at other times when necessary however we ask all parents to meet the following expectations:
9. Expectations for Parents and Children
When children are brought to the gym the following expectations must be adhered to:
- Older children who attend Primary School or above must use the mezzanine seating whilst their parents are training
- Younger Children who are not yet at Primary School must be under parental supervision at all times when at CrossFit Hurstville.
- Children should be seated at all times, either on the chairs on the mezzanine, on the chairs provided on the main floor or just outside the gym, or in a personal pram.
- Older children accompanying parents must not make excessive noise which disrupts coaches or members from coaching or training, including the use of electronic devices
- Parents of younger children must take the necessary steps to minimise any loud disruptive noises which can interfere with a class such as crying, screaming and loud electronic devices. This may involve stopping your exercise to cater to your child’s needs to reduce the noise.
- At no times during a class should children of any ages enter the training area which will disrupt the coach or interfere with training and risk the safety of both the child, and the members of the gym who are training
- Children must occupy the premises turning bay for deliveries during classes. Staff from neighbouring businesses and delivery trucks frequently use this area and the safety of the children will be at high risk.
It is the sole responsibility of the parent/s to ensure that the above expectations are met. The coach and management at CFH reserves the right to ask you to leave the class If the expectations are not met.
10. Class Schedule
The class schedule is subject to change on a daily basis. Notice of any change to the class timetable will be communicated through our communication lines, which include:

11. Attire
Appropriate footwear is highly recommended and required to train as a member of CrossFit Hurstville. Any barefoot lifting or running must be approved by the coach of the particular class and the management and will be evaluated on a strict case by case basis. CrossFit Hurstville is not liable for any harm or injury due to deviations in the recommended standards of footwear.
12. Lost Articles
CrossFit Hurstville assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen articles. Lost and found articles not claimed will be donated to charity.
13. Smoking, Food, and Drink
No smoking is allowed in any part of the facility. Food or drink may be consumed in the facility, but it is the individual's responsibility to ensure all rubbish and food article are put in the bin after use.
14. Use of Photo and Video
CrossFit Hurstville, its representatives, and employees reserve the right to take photographs of Member and Member's property whilst training with CrossFit Hurstville.
CrossFit Hurstville is authorised to use and publish these photos or videos in print and/or electronically.
CrossFit Hurstville may use such photographs of Members with or without the Member's name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
15. Conduct
CrossFit Hurstville is committed to the health, safety, and welfare of each of its members and staff and will not tolerate any unreasonable, threatening, obscene, harassing, indecent, or illegal behaviour.
CrossFit Hurstville has the right to judge behaviour and respond accordingly. This right includes, but is not limited to, termination of membership of any member engaging in unacceptable behaviour.
CrossFit Hurstville reserves the right to terminate any member's contract without a valid reason if they deem reasonable.
16. Damages
Members shall pay for any damages to CrossFit Hurstville property which results from the wilful or negligent conduct of a member, member's guest or dependent children.
17. Rules and/or Regulations
Members who do not observe CrossFit Hurstville rules and regulations or who abuse equipment in any fashion will be asked to leave.
The management reserves the right to terminate membership to anyone who refuses to observe any of CrossFit Hurstville's rules or regulations.
Not all rules and regulations are listed in this agreement.
CrossFit Hurstville reserves the rights to add, change or remove rules, conditions of membership, opening and closing hours, and all services and facilities offered by CrossFit Hurstville without notice.
18. Lock Down
In the case of a lock down, memberships will continue to be charged according to the current signed CrossFit Hurstville Membership Agreement between each member and CrossFit Hurstville.
Terms and conditions for membership changes, pauses and cancellations may be amended and will be communicated at such a time that they are.
19. Miscellaneous
a. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between them concerning the subject matter of this Agreement. The provisions of this may be waived, altered, amended or repealed, in whole or in part, only upon prior written consent of all parties. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales without regard to the principles of conflict of laws thereof and treated as a contract entirely made and execute within New South Wales.
b. Member has read, and fully agrees to the term of this Agreement and understands and agrees that by signing this Agreement (which contains a waiver, release, and assumption of risks) Member has given up considerable future legal rights. Member has signed this Agreement freely, voluntarily, under no duress or threat of duress, without inducement, promise or guarantee being communicated to him/her. Member certifies and warrants that he/she is 18 years of age or older and mentally competent to enter into this Agreement. WITNESS our signatures as of the day and date first above stated
