LIFEFIT MINAMI Membership Agreement

1. Membership Fees

All fees and schedules are subject to change without notice. There are no refunds for membership fees. Accepted payment methods include credit card and cash only.  The member's credit card will be charged according to the membership option. Member’s paying by cash will have a extra service charge of ¥2,000 added to their monthly membership price.

All monthly memberships are by calendar month meaning, memberships start on the first of every month, paid in full monthly three business days before the start of each membership month.

A minimum 3 calendar month commitment is required on all monthly memberships.

No Shows, reserving LifeFit/Extra/Open Gym times but not attending will incur a ¥1,950 fee but not count as a visit. It’s possible to cancel online up to 30 minutes before the start of sessions.

2. Gym Holidays and Closed days

Predetermined dates of closure for the gym include, but are not limited to, all statutory Japanese public holidays, New Year holidays, Obon, Christmas 25-26 December , Golden Week, 26 January and 25 April.

3. Three-Day Right of Rescission

New members have three days, after the signing of this Agreement, to cancel their membership with a ¥10,000 processing and admission fee. If the Agreement is cancelled within three days, LIFEFIT MINAMI will return all amounts paid, minus a processing fee of ¥10,000, (in the same manner paid) within 30 days of cancellation. If original payment was by credit card, the amount paid will be credited to the card used for the original transaction. To cancel, new members must send LIFEFIT MINAMI  an email, and communicate their intention to rescind their membership to LIFEFIT MINAMI management.

4. Freeze Policy

Members may put their membership on freeze, in one calendar month/s, for up to three calendar months per calendar year for a fee of ¥3,000 per calendar month. Notice of freeze must be given to LIFEFIT MINAMI by email, any time during business hours prior to membership renewal date to be frozen. Members will not be billed for membership during frozen months. Billing will resume automatically upon end of freeze. The current membership agreement will be extended by the number of months frozen.

5. Late Payment / Declined Credit Card Fees

Membership fees must be paid before the membership renewal date (1st of every month). A late payment fee of ¥3,000 will be charged on any payment that has not be made in full by the date due.  A ¥3,000 fee will also be applied in the instance of a declined credit card payment.

6. Cancellation of Membership by Member

A member may cancel his/her membership with a minimum of one full calendar month notice of active membership (not on freeze) and after completing the minimum 3-month commitment period. For example, for a member to effectively terminate their membership at the completion of month X, notification must be issued and accepted by management prior to the 1st day of month X. If appropriate notice is not given and accepted, the member will be charged a cancellation fee, which for the avoidance of doubt, shall be the greater of, half of the remaining balance of the membership or two months at the current rate stated in this agreement. A Member may cancel their membership without paying the cancellation fee if they move more than 100 kilometers further than the address listed on their membership application, provided the member notifies LIFEFIT MINAMI of the move prior to the first of the month in which the move is to occur. Any member who suffers a physical disability that will prevent him or her from using the facility for more than six months will not be charged a cancellation fee as long as the cancellation is accompanied by a doctor's note documenting the injury and prognosis. Members may cancel memberships by notifying LIFEFIT MINAMI of their wish to cancel by email, any time during business hours prior to one calendar month before the month to be canceled. There are no refunds for membership fees, and LIFEFIT MINAMI will not prorate a canceled membership. Notification of withdrawal must be made by email to info@lifefitminami.com

7. 10 Pack - Ticket

From the day of purchase, a 10 Pack - Ticket allows for 10 visits to the gym with a 2-month expiry period. Upon reaching the 10th visit or the end of the 2-month expiry, whichever comes first, the 10 Pack membership will be automatically renewed. The credit card details on file will be charged for the renewal. To cancel the automatic renewal, please send an email to info@lifefitminami.com requesting cancellation before the 10th visit or the 2-month expiry date.

8. Attire

Appropriate footwear is highly recommended and required to train as a member of LIFEFIT MINAMI. Any barefoot lifting or running must be approved by the coach of the particular class and the management, and will be evaluated on a strict case by case basis. LIFEFIT MINAMI is not liable for any harm or injury due to deviations in the recommended standards of footwear.

9. Lost Articles

LIFEFIT MINAMI assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen articles. Lost and found articles not claimed will be disposed of or donated to charity.

10. Smoking, Food and Drink.

No smoking is allowed in any part of the facility. Food or drink may be taken into workout areas if it is in a non-breakable, enclosed container.

11. Children

Members must be 16 years of age or older unless granted permission by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Guest/Visitors under the age of 16 must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

12. Conduct

LIFEFIT MINAMI is committed to the health, safety, welfare of each of its members and staff and will not tolerate unreasonable, threatening, obscene, harassing, indecent, or illegal behavior. LIFEFIT MINAMI has the right to judge behavior and respond accordingly. This right includes, but is not limited to, termination of membership of any member engaging in unacceptable behavior.

13. Damages

Members shall pay for any damages to LIFEFIT MINAMI property which results from the willful or negligent conduct of member, member's guest or dependent children.

14. Rules and/or Regulations

Members who do not observe LIFEFIT MINAMI rules and regulations or who abuse equipment in any fashion will be asked to leave. The management reserves the right to terminate membership to anyone who refuses to observe any of LIFEFIT MINAMI's rules or regulations with no membership refund. Not all rules and regulations are listed in this agreement. LIFEFIT MINAMI reserves the rights to add, change or remove rules, conditions of membership, opening and closing hours, and all services and facilities offered by LIFEFIT MINAMI

15. Use of Photo and Video

LIFEFIT MINAMI, its representatives and employees retain the right to take photographs or video of Member and Member's property whilst attending LIFEFIT MINAMI or events assoicated with LIFEFIT MINAMI .

LIFEFIT MINAMI is authorized to use and publish these photos or videos in print and/or electronically. LIFEFIT MINAMI may use such photographs of Member with or without Member's name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content, not limited to the term of membership of the Member.

Any and all personal training reservation cancelled inside 24 hours will not result in a refund of the personal training.

17. Three-month Money Back Guarantee

LifeFit Minami provides a three month satisfaction guarantee, applicable for 9x/21x monthly memberships only. Members will be eligible for a full refund (minus 4% transaction fee) only if a minimum of 9 visits per calendar month were made for 3 consecutive months. Refund requests must be notified via email to info@lifefitminami.com within the month which would have constituted the 4th month of membership. An in-person interview to be conducted at LifeFit Minami is required to be completed before the refund will be processed. Payment of the refund will be made at the end of the following calendar month.

18. Miscellaneous

a. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties, and supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between them concerning the subject matter of this Agreement. The provisions of this may be waived, altered, amended or repealed, in whole or in part, only upon prior written consent of all parties. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of 大阪府 without regard to the principles of conflict of laws thereof and treated as a contract entirely made and execute within 大阪府

b. Member has read, and fully agrees to the term of this Agreement and understands and agrees that by signing this Agreement (which contains a waiver, release and assumption of risks) Member has given up considerable future legal rights. Member has signed this Agreement freely, voluntarily, under no duress or threat of duress, without inducement, promise or guarantee being communicated to him/her. Member certifies and warrants that he/she is 18 years of age or older and mentally competent to enter into this Agreement.

(以下、LIFE Inc. 株式会社という)への入会にあたっては、下記の会員会則に同意のうえ入会いたします。







1. 会費

会費などの会則は告知なしに改訂されます。 一旦納入した会費は、原則として返還いたしません。 会員種別に従い、クレジットカード又は現金のみでの支払となります。 クレジットカード支払いの場合、会員費は自動的に 請求させていただきます。現金必要支払いの場合は別途2000円の手数料が追加でかかります。

No Show: ライフフィット、エキストラ、オープンジムへ予約しても来られなかった場合はキャンセル料として1,950円が発生しますが、参加できる回数は減りません。開始30分前まではオンラインでキャンセル可能です。

会員プラン、料金、 退会 、 契約、権利放棄、凍結、キャンセル、調整、クラス、 定休日・祝日 、  および開館時間を含むがこれらに限定されるすべての連絡先は、info@lifefitminami.com にメールで送信されます。

2. 定休日・祝日

スケジュール(クラス時間、営業時間)の会則は告知なしに改訂されます。所定の休業日は国内の祝日、1月26日、 4月25日、 オーストラリアの聖金曜日(イースター)と 12月25-26日 、 祝日、年末年始、お盆、クリスマス、ゴールデンウィーク とします。

退会の通知は、info@lifefitminami.com にE-メールで行う必要があります 。

10パックチケットは、ご購入日から2ヶ月の有効期限で10回ジムをご利用いただけます。10回目のご利用または2ヶ月の有効期限のどちらか早い方に達した時点で、10パック会員権は自動的に更新されます。更新の際には、ご登録のクレジットカード情報が課金されます。自動更新をキャンセルされる場合は、10回目のご利用または2ヶ月の有効期限が切れる前に、info@lifefitminami.com までメールでキャンセルをお申し出ください。

8. 服装



適切なシューズ、ウエアを着用されない場合に起きた損傷や損害に対して、LIFE Inc. 株式会社は一切の責任を負いません。

9. 紛失物、忘れ物、放置物

盗難や紛失に関して、LIFE Inc. 株式会社は一切の責任を負いません。

12. 除名処分

会員・従業員はLIFE Inc. 株式会社の諸施設を利用して健康維持・増進を図ることを目的とし、安全な環境を維持します。


LIFE Inc. 株式会社は容認できない行為を行う会員に対し、除名処分などを下すことができます。

13. 損害賠償


14. 諸規則



LIFE Inc. 株式会社はその会員に対して除名処分を下し、その権利を停止します。この場合、会費は返還いたしません。

すべての会員会則はこの契約に含まれていません。LIFE Inc. 株式会社は会員会則の追加や改訂、削除、や営業時間の変更を行う権利を有するものとします。この中に施設やサービス内容も含まれます。

15. 写真・動画に関する撮影・利用

LIFE Inc. 株式会社はトレーニング中の会員やその所有物を写真や動画にて撮影する権利を有するものとします。







C. パーソナルトレーニングのキャンセルについて


17. 3ヶ月返金保証

LifeFit Minamiは、9x/21x月額メンバーシップに限り、3ヶ月間の満足度保証を提供しております。会員様は1ヶ月あたり9回以上の訪問が3ヶ月連続して行われた場合に限り、全額返金(4%の取引手数料を差し引き)をお受けいただけます。返金を希望される場合は、4ヶ月目となる月内に info@lifefitminami.com までEメールにてご連絡ください。その後LifeFit Minamiでの面談を経て、返金を行います。なお、返金は翌月末に処理されます。
